Ann-Marie Cederholm, CPA, MA — Partner & Co-Founder
I’m a CPA with over 25 years of experience across public practice, industry, and executive leadership, including roles as controller, CFO, and advisor to TSX-listed companies. Teaching has always been a big part of who I am. I spent more than 15 years as an accounting professor at Capilano University and Okanagan College, where I focused on helping students not just learn accounting, but truly understand it. My approach has always been about making complex ideas clear, practical, and useful in the real world. That same philosophy now shapes how I work with my clients. I’ve brought what I developed in the classroom into my work with business owners, helping them understand their financial reports and key metrics, identify what matters most in their business, and see what is actually happening so they can make thoughtful, informed decisions. My clients see me as a partner and a steady source of support behind the scenes. Together, we put systems and reporting in place that run smoothly, using technology, automation, and AI where it makes sense, while always relying on sound professional judgment. My background includes a CPA designation, a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master’s degree in Learning and Technology. I work with business owners who value clarity, consistency, and a deeper understanding of their numbers.

Discovery
We begin with a short discovery call to learn about your business and discuss your bookkeeping and advisory needs. During this call we review your current financial systems and determine the service package that best supports your business and future growth.
Onboarding
Once you decide to move forward, we complete a one-time onboarding process to ensure your financial systems are properly set up. This includes setting up or reviewing your QuickBooks account, connecting bank feeds, securing CRA authorization, and establishing the workflow that supports your ongoing bookkeeping.
Monthly Guidance
After onboarding is complete, your ongoing bookkeeping service begins. We maintain your books on a regular basis and provide clear financial information to help you understand your business and make informed decisions.
